Shipping rates apply to orders within the contiguous United States and Canada.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that orders placed after 2 PM CT or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states and Canada. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally outside of Canada at this time. If you need a special shipping arrangement, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please reach out to us. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
